Return Policy for Damaged Items

We take great care in ensuring that your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, we want to make it right.

Damaged Items 

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. We require Photo/Video evidence of the damage to process your request.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service at support@adornify.in to report the damage and provide photos/ Videos.

2. We will initiate the Return process from our end to get the items picked up.

Note: When you return the items you will have to bear the shipping cost. When we send back the replacement items, we will take care of the shipping charges.

Exchanges

Damaged items can be exchanged for the same item only. No refunds will be issued.
